KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Through strategic partnerships, collaboration and exceptional customer service, the Human Resources Department engages best practices to recruit, develop, and retain a high performing and diverse workforce. Human Resources contributes to meeting the needs of our employees by providing support and services in the following areas:

 

  • Coaching, Training, and Development
  • Compensation: salary and benefits (including the company pension plan)
  • Employee Relations
  • Employment Legislation and Human Rights
  • Performance Management
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Recruitment and Staffing

 

Positions include HR Specialists, HR Generalists and HR Managers. Please indicate your area(s) of interest in your cover letter.
